Understanding HoS Limits

When it comes to regulations for semi-truck driving, you shall find some limits, as specified, understand the HoS regulations. There are three maximum duty limits which the drivers must obey.

  • 14 hours driving limit
  • 11 hours driving limit
  • 70 hours per 8 days or 60 hours per 7 days limit

After completing either 14 hours or 11 hours limit, the truck drivers should take 10 hours rest. After 10 hours, the drivers can start new driving assignments.
